Web designer- Creativity Professional Designer needed!

This position requires a professional designer who can multitask while producing custom graphics, cutting edge unique design ideas, pushing the envelope of commercial graphics mixed with urban creativity. You must show min 3 Url's of previously produced html/flash websites with descriptions of your role in the project.
We need a creative individual with unique ideas and a professional attitude. You must have the ability to take direction from sales team and creative director while producing unique designs promoting the clients product or service. Deadlines must kept!
Designers non-programmers are also encouraged to apply. But the perfect candidate would be fluent in everything from setting up files, optimizing graphics, HTML, CSS, and some Javascript. Must have a complete understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator a plus to know HTML and Flash as well as understand the necessary requirements for designing for the web (IE: monitor resolution, optimizing graphics, etc)

You must have an online portfolio and able to submit 3 completed URL's, a description of what each one is, and what your contribution was. They must be current live websites. ONLY RI residents please apply. Often times meetings need to be held at the office or at clients location.
