InsureMyTrip.com is a well-established (8 years) and growing e-commerce business that is looking to expand our Web Development team. This person will be an active participant in all aspects of our development process including researching and developing new initiatives, seeking solutions and expanding upon our external and internal applications. Our work style is open, collaborative, and fast-paced.

We're looking for someone who:

• has passion for working with code
• writes clean, extensible, high-performing code
• has experience working with Object Oriented languages
• gets excited about new technology
• uses strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with your team
• enjoys innovative problem solving

You should have 3-5 years working knowledge of (and expert in at least a few of) the following technologies: LAMP, MySQL, PHP, Perl, C++, Java, HTML, XML/XSL, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX. You should have at least a few years of working in a professional development environment, using a shared code base with source control. E-commerce development experience is a plus.

A BS in Computer Science or related field is helpful, but more important is applied professional experience.
