RiverzEdge Arts Project (www.riverzedgearts.org) seeks an experienced, dynamic Executive Director with at least five (5) years of experience to run a non-profit urban teen arts program with an entrepreneurial focus.  RiverzEdge Arts Project has an annual operating budget of $500,000 and serves over forty (40) teens across five (5) art studios.  The ideal candidate will posses a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s a plus) and will have demonstrated balanced proficiency and focus in the following areas:

·         Visionary leadership and team building

·         Passionately providing underserved teens the environment and opportunity to succeed

·         Creative and responsible fiscal management

·         Constructive fostering of staff and client relationships

·         Proactively initiating and cultivating community and donor relations

·         An entrepreneurial flair for sales, marketing and business development

The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors and supervises a staff of six (6) employees and up to three (3) interns.  The position offers a competitive base salary and benefits package with the opportunity for significant additional performance-based compensation.
