Aidance Skincare is a Providence-based developer and international marketer of all-natural therapeutic skin care products. We are a small company experiencing steady growth. Aidance Skincare products are currently sold direct to consumers in around 140 countries, in addition to resellers on three continents.

We are seeking a full-time E-commerce Advertising Manager/Analyst (Paid Search) to help develop and implement e-marketing strategies that drive revenue growth. This position requires a balance of applied creativity and analytical thinking. The candidate must demonstrate e-marketing savvy, creative ad copy writing, plus a proven ability to compile, analyze and interpret data to ensure that activities support the company’s Internet marketing objectives. Attention to cost-per-acquisition and profitability is vital.

Specific tasks include:

• Working collaboratively with web content manager and company management
• Developing online advertising strategies and programs, including writing and refining ad content, adding and refining keywords.
• Working with tools to maximize impressions, click-through and conversions while keeping cost-per-acquisition in check.
• Continuous compilation of data (search advertising programs; site statistics, etc.)
• Analysis of same (via PPC management tools, Excel, Access, etc)
• Identifying trends (+/-) and demands for changes in advertising program variables to impact (+) results (measured as cost per conversion of visitor to buyer)
• Analyzing competitor ads and strategies; Monitoring for click fraud
• Suggesting web content improvements to web content manager to improve impressions and conversions
• Running weekly trend reports

Background, skills and characteristics sought:

• College graduate with concentrations to support this job function (economics, marketing, applied statistics, etc.)
• 3+ years demonstrated relevant experience
• Highly organized
• Strong work ethic with ability to work independently and in teams
• Expert problem solving and analytical skills
• Proactive at identifying and responding to areas of need
