The objective of brand identity is to build customer/client loyalty resulting increased repeat business, along with building market presence to increase first-time customers. The objective of the brand identity class is to have participants craft an identity for their business, learn how to maintain and expand that identity, and communicate that identity across business activities (including, but not limited to, marketing materials).
